11:30 PM Update - We have heard from our upstream provider that service has been restored. We are awaiting the after-action reports to better understand the cause. Beacon Broadband's Network Engineers have eliminated all internal systems through extensive review and rigorous testing. Our engineer will continue to monitor network traffic, but they're comfortable stating that network latency and packet loss have stopped. 7:00 PM - Our Network Operations team is currently investigating reports of buffering, reduced streaming quality, and intermittent performance issues. Testing has identified elevated packet loss affecting traffic outside of our local network. We are actively monitoring the situation and will provide updates as more information becomes available.
