Visit www.mybroadband.com/beaconbroadband to either set up your account or log in.
To set up your account, you will need your account number and previous bill amount (formatted as 0.00) to set up your account. Once you’re logged in, under Account Summary, click Make Payment.
Bills go out on the 1st of each month (or the first weekday following, if the 1st is on a weekend or holiday), and are due on the 21st of the month. If the 21st falls on a weekend or a holiday, then the bill is due on the weekday following.
You can make a one-time payment or sign up for automatic payments online at www.mybeaconbroadband.com/beaconbroadband, your bank’s bill pay service, by going into or mailing your payment to the Beacon Broadband office, or by calling any CCEC office or calling Beacon Broadband at 541-254-9265.
