The following are the Terms for the Beacon Broadband Price for Life Guarantee

  • Former accounts previously not in good standing or have disconnected Beacon Broadband Internet service are not eligible.

  • Customers must remain in good standing status – no bill default or non-pay status.

  • If a customer upgrades or downgrades their existing service, a new price may apply.

  • Seasonal or vacation programs are not eligible.

  • Price for Life only applies to internet services.

  • Government-funded programs are not eligible.

  • If Government external charges become eligible, those charges will be applied.

  • Beacon Broadband reserves the right to change prices at its discretion, however, the new rates will not apply to current customers in good standing.

  • Offer good for current customers, it is non-transferable.
