Beacon Broadband, the locally owned broadband provider on the Southern Oregon Coast, proudly announces its expansion of fiber internet, voice and video services to homes and businesses in Gold Beach, Oregon, starting in April.
As a subsidiary of Coos-Curry Electric Cooperative, Beacon Broadband is powered by 85 years of trust and integrity.
Brent Bischoff, Coos-Curry Electric Cooperative and Beacon Broadband’s CEO/general manager, expressed his enthusiasm for the project’s growth.
“We’re thrilled to bring high-speed fiber services to Gold Beach and move forward with this project,” Brent says.
Following the Brookings and Pistol River phases, Beacon Broadband has started preliminary work in Gold Beach to deliver state-of-the-art fiber internet to residents and businesses seeking fast and reliable connectivity. This project signifies a major achievement in providing fiber broadband to underserved communities along the south coast of Oregon.
In February, community members convened at an event hosted by Beacon Broadband in Gold Beach to learn more about the expansion and the upcoming services the company will offer. Oregon state Sen. David Brock Smith and Oregon state Rep. Court Boice attended virtually, highlighting their enthusiasm for Beacon Broadband’s focus on fiber expansion in the region.
“We are eager to connect Gold Beach’s residents and businesses to real fast, real local and real affordable fiber internet,” says Bill Gerski, Beacon Broadband VP of Sales and Marketing.
“Our dedicated contractors are diligently building out fiber infrastructure in your neighborhoods, and we are excited to provide the service you deserve.”
Upon availability, Gold Beach customers can expect exceptional service and support from Beacon Broadband, including a “Price for Life Guarantee,” which ensures their chosen internet package price remains constant as long as they continue service.
Beacon Broadband also offers:
• Free standard installation, up to $500 in value.
• Thirty-day love it or leave it guarantee. If within 30 days of setup, customers aren’t satisfied, Beacon Broadband will provide a refund.
Furthermore, Beacon Broadband is pleased to welcome Rebecca Moore as its newest marketing representative.
