“As an in-house installer for our community, I speak for the whole team that we have moved mountains with this television product,” Waylon says. “The clean, wireless and easy set-up makes it enjoyable for the customers. Seeing their excitement as I get them comfortable with this new product and the layout of our newly styled remote makes me feel more confident in what I do for a living. We get compliments on the picture quality immediately, and on the compact set-top boxes we provide.

“The Live-TV pause, restart, forward and rewind option goes into the cloud,” Beacon Broadband General Manager Paul Recanzone says. “It makes you feel as though you can manipulate time and space [and] makes it a fun experience.”

Kayla Stebbins, the customer service lead, echoes the sentiments on the DVR.

“I have such a deep appreciation for catch-up TV,” Kayla says. “It’s like having a personal time machine for my favorite shows. The freedom to control when and what I want to watch is fantastic. It has made my TV experience more enjoyable, and I know it has also made a huge difference in our customers’ lives.”

“Collaborating with the Beacon Broadband team to get the television launched and make this happen has been an incredible experience, from the app to content rights to the DVR compatibility,” Customer Service Director Scott Paul says. “Our team is working harder and more efficiently to understand the television service better, including our installers who give an excellent tutorial on our TV services when they bring it into your home, to the customer service representatives who are one call away from answering any questions or concerns with this product. As we grow and better understand this product, we begin to feel more and more confident in this service we are bringing to the community.”
